Do Not Tolerate BossHole Behavior and Try Not to Act Like a BossHole Yourself

bosshole behavior, great bosses, how to be a great bossYour challenge in the workforce is twofold and quite simple:  Do not tolerate BossHole behavior in other people and do not act like a BossHole yourself.

Granted, everyone has bad days and good days, and on occasion, act stupid and inappropriate.

If you happen to work with a partial Bosshole, there is a good chance you can help them mend their ways.  However, with a complete BossHole, you either have to convince higher management to remove him or find a different job.

FYI – A complete BossHole can rarely if ever, convert into a Great Boss. Hopefully, none of you have had to endeavor the hardships of working with a complete BossHole, which are the WORST.

You Can’t Always Control the Twists and Turns of Life Out There

Unfortunately, you can’t always control your reactions to the outside world from understanding and neutral grace from within, a.k.a., non-reaction. This is ALWAYS the highest stance to remain in and the only one that will ever garner winning results for situations that you are confronted with in your life.

That being said, it is not always easy to do, especially when your duck feathers are all riled up over a BossHole in your work environment. They are by far the most unenlightened beings on the planet and need to wake up and smell the roses.

You can personally learn to be a Great Boss by reading the rest of the book - The BoseHole Effect®.
